Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin, Tyler Robinson, might be the most hated man in America right now.
He is finding out that he doesn’t have many supporters after he made up his mind that he was going to shoot and kill Kirk while in front of thousands of people, and while his wife and children were at an event on Wednesday.
Despite his father turning him in to the police, he still has at least one supporter in his family.
The 22-year-old Utah native emerged as the suspect in the killing of Donald Trump’s ally and was even seen running and jumping from a nearby roof once his bad deed was done.
While speaking to the Daily Mail, Robinson’s grandmother reveals some shocking things about him. Despite what social media thought, Robinson actually comes from a MAGA family.
The 69-year-old said, “My son, his dad, is a Republican for Trump,” Debbie told the outlet. “Most of my family members are Republicans. I don’t know any single one who’s a Democrat.”
When it came to his arrest, she told the publication, “I’m just so confused. [Tyler] is the shyest person,” she said. “He has never, ever spoke politics to me at all.”
She further insisted that Tyler Robinson had ‘never ever’ gotten into trouble in his life, so his alleged behavior was quite shocking to her.
Debbie made it clear that there is ‘no way’ Robinson could be involved in the killing, adding she believed he hadn’t ever handled such a weapon as the bolt-action rifle that killed Kirk.
“I don’t think he ever shot a gun, to tell you the truth,” she said of Tyler Robinson.
“He doesn’t hunt, he’s never liked anything like that. I know he doesn’t own any guns.”
Debbie continued: “There’s just no way he could have been that good of a shot.”
“He’s a wonderful child,” she concluded.
“There is no way that he could have done anything like that. I would cross my heart and promise that there was absolutely no way. He has never, ever gotten in trouble in his life. He’s just a very shy, good kid.”
“There’s no way he could be violent,” Debbie claimed. “There’s absolutely no way that he done that.”
Tyler Robinson Is Facing A Lifetime In Prison
Robinson is accused of shooting Kirk in the neck during a public appearance at Utah Valley University.
It’s not yet clear what changed in Robinson’s life leading up to the shooting, but he will now pay for it for the remainder of his days on Earth.
Robinson was arrested on suspicion of aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, and obstruction of justice.
He is expected to be charged on Tuesday.
At this point, Tyler Robinson would welcome life in prison, but Utah appears to want more.

Aggravated murder requires certain factors to be met in order to secure a death sentence.
The affidavit said the officer believed Robinson shot Kirk “in a circumstance that put many around him at grave risk of death.”
